Anna Tolputt is a UK based actor who has worked extensively in regional theatres around the Uk and abroad as well as on site specific projects, tours, TV, film and pantomime.    She played Jean opposite David Threlfall in The Entertainer, Hertha in Laurie Sansom’s Spring Storm at the National Theatre, Allison in Hellworld alongside Henry Cavill for Miramax, Emma in Larkrise to Candleford directed by John Terry & Mike Bartlett and Janny in A Small Light for Disney+.  For two years she was a full-time member of Creation Theatre’s rep theatre company where she took around 15 roles, including Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing and the title role in Jonathan Holloway’s production of The Signalman. She lives in Oxford with her husband, a theatre director, and two children.  She describes herself as "energetic, verbally agile, committed and ridiculous".
